STAMINA® Therapy Services:
STAMINA® Therapy is a full body treatment. Your initial booking will be a 90-minutes session including ergonomic assessment, postural education and alignment. This session will be followed a week later by two 60-minute sessions spaced a week apart. Three 30-minute sessions (2 weeks, 3 weeks and four weeks apart) complete your initial treatment. Prices below include any applicable tax.

STAMINA® YOGA Therapeutics Services:
A gentle rehabilitative approach to exercise therapy for patients with physical challenges or limitations. Lifestyle yoga is for people with good physical strength - please call the clinic 403 320-2177 regarding a questionaire to determine suitability for Lifestyle yoga.
Therapeutic: 60 min. $85.00 +GST
Lifestyle: 60 min. $42.50 +GST per person (4 people maximum per session)
Medical Thermography Services:
Medical Thermography provides a visual map of surface body temperatures for preventative purposes or to identity existing pathologies. Since there is a high degree of thermal symmetry in the normal body, subtle temperature asymmetry's can be easily noted. Thermograms are interpreted by board certified MD Thermologists.

Learn the proper techniques for maximum muscle group benefit, walking cadence and rythmn, pole placement techniques, 2 step/4 step breathing pattern and more during this Nordic Walking Lesson.
