STAMINA® THERAPY and LASER THERAPY
How do I book an appointment for STAMINA® Therapy or Laser Therapy?
To book your initial appointments, phone our clinic number 403-320-2177. You will need to leave a message on the voice mail. Our receptionist will return your call within one business day. The receptionist will book your initial appointments, then provide you with your own password to access the "user friendly" on line booking calendar through our website. Once online, you can book any future appointments, wait list yourself, check existing appointment dates or change dates if required.
If you are unable to access our online booking calendar, our receptionist will be glad to assist you for manual bookings over the phone.
CANCELLATION/LATE/NO SHOW POLICY - EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2008
Your appointment time has been especially reserved for you. We try to remind all clients about their appointments, but ultimately it is your responsibility to remember your scheduled time.
When an appointment is missed it affects three people: you, our professional(s) (who do not get paid), and the other clients who were interested in your time slot. In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients and out of consideration for the therapists and clinicians we have the following cancellation policy:
24 HOUR NOTICE CANCELLATION
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. If you know you won’t be able to make it to your appointment please call 24 hours before, to inform us, and we will gladly reschedule. There is no charge for a 24 hour cancellation notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be billed and expected to pay the full amount for the session.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late for your appointment you will be charged the full session price. Your session will end at the appointed time ensuring anyone waiting for their appointment is not affected.
NO SHOW
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged for the full session.
PAYMENT
If you are charged a cancellation or no show fee you will either be billed during your next appointment if it is within 14 days. If you do not have a scheduled appointment within 14 days an invoice will be mailed to you and payment is expected in full at that time.
