The foundation of the clinic is based on
STAMINA® Rehabilitation Therapy
an innovative, new method which aligns the load management muscles in the body.
STAMINA® Massage Therapy and STAMINA® YOGA Therapeutics developed from the STAMINA® principles. Other modalities offered to complement STAMINA® such as Low Intensity Laser, Primal Reflex Response Technique, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and Manual Therapy. We are excited to also offer Digital Infrared Medical Thermography for early detection of breast disease and the monitoring of a host of pathologies.
STAMINA® Academy Inc.
We are currently making preparations for our next stage of growth. One of those preparatory steps is writing and illustrating our training manuals for the STAMINA® Academy with the goal of training physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and physicians in this evolutionary method of rehabilitative therapy.
Aleyna Sheradha is the Chief Instructor of STAMINA® Academy Inc. along with our first instructor trained in STAMINA® Rehabilitation Therapy, Patricia Tannant PT.
Patricia has 40 years experience in her field of physical therapy and this is what she has to say about STAMINA®.

Patricia practices STAMINA® Rehabilitation Therapy and is seeing many patients that plateaued under conventional care, who are now improving with STAMINA® Rehabilitation Therapy.
Patricia Tannant - DPT, MCPA, Diploma in Physical Therapy (1970), Certified Manual Therapist - Part A, RCAMP, Manual Physiotherapist and member of College of Physical Therapists of Alberta, Canadian Physiotherapy Assc., Certified in Intramuscular Stimulation, Certified STAMINA® Physiotherapist (Instructor level).
Patricia is one of the most sought after physiotherapists in Lethbridge and former owner of Lethbridge Physiotherapy. A physiotherapist since 1970, Pat has taken many diverse courses and workshops including her Part A exams, Postural reconstruction (level 1-5), IMS, Vertebral Manipulation, Visceral manipulation, and Fascial Release among many others. Pat is also one of the four physiotherapists in Alberta who can refer for Proliferation therapy (stabilization of spinal ligaments) at the Advanced Spinal Clinic in Calgary.
